1. Our home is across the street from our kid's primary school. The school run takes 5 minutes in the morning and is so stress free.
2. I work from home and the broadband speeds are amazing. I'm able to work while everyone else in the house is streaming on a device. Never had an issue!
3. Thanks to our fairly new fence, our back garden can feel extremely private. You can relax and hang out in the back garden with no cares when the weather is nice. We also get a lot of sunlight in the back garden too, perfect during the summer.
4. Our cupboard under the stairs is massive. We have been able to store so much in there (probably too much) and it frees up so much more space in the rest of our house.
5. The nature trail across the road is fantastic. We like to take walks as a family through the trail and we so much wildlife from foxes to owls. We just wish we had a dog to take too!
