2. The flat is south facing with nice views over the Clyde Valley towards Hamilton and Ferniegair .
Energy bills are incredibly low .The public areas are always well manicured and kept tidy.
3. It lies in an area close to major shops, supermarkets and is within catchment areas of both Knowetop Primary and Dalziel / Our Lady's High Schools.
4. The flat has above average sized rooms and has plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space for all clothes and household items. I especially adore the en suite shower in the main bedroom . It also boasts a full sized bath in the main toilet.
