1. Location, having Strathclyde park a short walk away is good. Transport links are great; it is so easy to get on to the motorway. Motherwell town centre is also close by which has a train station and Airbles train station is also close. by.

5. The kitchen can be open plan into the living space but it also benefits from having sliding doors to close it off to have them separate.
